My BDIX Terms and Conditions — Please read before using the platform

1 Introduction & Definitions

My BDIX (referred to herein as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between My BDIX and its users.

4 Deposits & Payments

5 Withdrawal Policy

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Once fulfilled, both the bonus and any associated winnings automatically become withdrawable.

7 Gaming Policy

The following guidelines must be followed when playing games on the My BDIX platform:

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, the result may be voided or recalculated.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the My BDIX platform:

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Collusion or pre-arranged coordination between multiple players.

9 VIP Program

The My BDIX VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Key details about the program:

• VIP tier is determined based on monthly deposit activity.
• Cashback is automatically credited to your account every week.
• VIP benefits may change if eligibility is no longer met.
• The Diamond tier is invitation-only; the My BDIX team extends personal invitations to eligible members.
• Membership may be revoked if VIP benefit abuse is identified.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Termination

• Account credentials compromised due to the user's own negligence.
